While we do like to get paid (it helps us keep cookies in the break room to go with the coffee), we ask you to pay for only those medications that are authorized by you. We guarantee payment to the pharmacy for all claims sent through us. If we do so in error, we are responsible. This does two things. It keeps pharmacies loyal to our network, and it ensures we make every effort to get it right. We don’t like paying for unauthorized medications. We can, however, make it easy for you to authorize medications by customizing the claims.
